Compleating milestones

Post by APTX »

I just wondered how you phpbb Dev guys complete those milestones. We all know that you've set up goals for each milestone. Do you try to reach all goals at once or one by one? Do you work on these goals in a random order (karma is a challenge so we'll toy a bit with it) or is it based on the importance of the goals you set (like you do the groups before the karma)? Do you do a little private beta test at the end of each milestone or do you wait till the end or fix those bugs of the previous milestone when you find them?

Sorry if these questions where asked before.
Don't give me my freedom out of pity!

Features are implemented on this board as the devs come up with them - this is their public test area. (Though they don't work on the site directly AFAIK). So having a private "beta" test would be kind of pointless. :P

[ No doubt I'll promptly be corrected :P ]
