Suggestion
Re: Suggestion
I'm being serious Roberdin ... what was with the rolling eyes? I'm sorry if our refusing to change the now "standard for phpBB" [color] tag to [colour] annoys you but that's the way it goes. If it's such a significant problem for you then use custom bbcode. Frankly, as an Englishman and someone who frequently gets peeved at being told I've spelt authorisation incorrectly I have no problem with it ... so I fail to see why most others would do.

Re: Suggestion
I'm very cynical and groutchy when it comes to the variations of English. And don't worry, it'll be colour on my board if I have to tear apart phpBB and put it back together piece by piece.psoTFX wrote:I'm being serious Roberdin ... what was with the rolling eyes? I love it on the side there. It evens things out. You have the postin options with the posting permissions on the bottom, title at top, message options underneath, message in middle, emoticons on left and color on right. It is perfectly balanced to me Although, it would be nice if there were gray's in the color chart.

But the point is that you don't have to, there already is custom BBCode.Roberdin wrote:I'm very cynical and groutchy when it comes to the variations of English. And don't worry, it'll be colour on my board if I have to tear apart phpBB and put it back together piece by piece.

Well there goes my unneccessary metaphor of commitment to English [English Version].

Re: Suggestion
If us Americans can get used to seeing an extra 'u' in a word or an 's' instead of a 'z', I think you can get used to seeing the opposite....

Re: Suggestion
I'd be fine with American English if I lived in America. But I don't, I live in England, and will therefore use the English version of English.
