I've got a problem installing FIND 1.0.3 from Netclectic

There is no txt file in that directory.
Any ideas?

Is this the last step of installation? If so, it's probably a conflict between your write/copy settings and you. If you have it set to manual or download or script or something similar, and you don't do you job, then you'll probably get that error. If not, we need more info.
