And that's all the developers know. They are coding this in their free time and it is impossible to say from week to week how much time they can spend on 2.2, depending on the job situation or even on their mood.

Why don't they push Milestone 3 to another release phpbb?
I mean... c'mon! You already did so many changes it's not the phpbb2.0 we know of! You said it was supposed to be easy to mod and all... and Ibet this is all done.
It's not like we need these PM overhauls now
Seriously.. PHPBB2 will be amazing in its final release if everything that has been said/promised by developers is true.
Simplicity + Lots of Functions + Modern-looking Layout = The best board ever
About the layout, the smileys could be a bit better but if I am not lazy, I can simply open my photoshop 7 and do these all by myself.
So yes, it will be great in its final release. Period.

Becuase if they did that, alot of the functions that were in phpBB2.0.x would not be in phpBB2.2Why don't they push Milestone 3 to another release phpbb?
