what's the approximate time to release ?

I need to take decision whether to go for phpBB or IB .. I feel this version is as good as present IB and I prefer to stick to phpBB but if release get delayed to much like more than a month then I will go for IB ..

Please anyone have any clue approx time it take until final comes out and ported to phpnuke ..

approximate answer is betwen now and never you get my point maybe they all die before its finnished*hope not* and they will get some code snapp and code til their fingers bleed and they will release it in a sec

i advise...stick with phpbb.

as for the day of release, it will be the day after the day before it is released.

I really DON'T think phpBB 2.2. is released within a month... I almost can guarantee you that it isn't (I think yoc can sat so, you too, psoTFX, that it ISN'T released within a month

)... But anyways, stick to phpBB

There is no release date for phpBB 2.2, nor is there an approximate release date. My advise would be to stick with phpBB. What if you move to IB and then 2.2 comes out and you like it more? You would have to switch back ... which would mean for of a hassle.

of course itll be more than a month. they have like what, 3 milestones left? then if they follow 2.0 system there will be a beta and then 2 or 3 rc's as they iron out bugs. I dun think they''l be releasing a new copy every 4 days (and thats about the time itd take to release each of them updates if thats all the planned releases)

although if they were finished tomorrow id be very happy indeed

2 M's left. They are almost done M2 and they have 4M in all. 4 - 2 = 2. :D

Release will be after the final M4?

Thats cool, i thought it would be M1 Milestone release then so on to 2, 3 and 4.

So after M4 is done we will get 2.2.

Cant wait and looking very good so far.
