Everyone is saying to use the tracker to submit suggestions for phpBB22. Although, the only problem is that one of the developers has to let me access it, I'm locked out of it. I figure this is probably on purpose, but can I get access to the tracker?

The tracker is closed for the time being. The Feature List is locked.

Re: phpBB22 tracker @ sourceforge
IIRC when either the first beta or Release Candidate is released. I don't think it will be possible to sneak a new feature into 2.2, though. The developers have an internal fixed roadmap which I doubt will change.
Re: phpBB22 tracker @ sourceforge
Thats funny.
Someone earlier posted a feature request, then some smarty-pants quoted the use of the feature tracker. Then a moderator said the same thing. What are people supposed to do?

Re: phpBB22 tracker @ sourceforge
Not post requests ... there are unlikely to be many (if any) additional features added to our internal roadmap. Indeed, as I've noted before, in many cases recent additions are simply duplicating existing ones.
However, the tracker will reopen in time.
