Comments?
Is it possible for comments to be added to each post? The comments could be expanded or collapsed to reduce clutter, and they would allow users to post "between posts" and reply to someone's post while their idea is still relevant. On my own forum, I find often that I want to reply to something, but there are so many post below the one I wish to reply to that I cannot speak my mind without being off-topic. Comments on posts would solve that.

Indeed, what you're talking about is threading and you won't be seeing it in phpBB anytime in the near (or far) future.
