Can someone with the full blown version of photoshop reduce the number of layers in half and split the file into two files?

I have PSv5 LE and when I try to open up the PSD file I get an internal error that says this version of PS cannot open up the file because it contains too many layers.

Thanks,

Same with PAint Shop Pro 6 >_<

Well actually it says "Undefined error 565" but I'm guessing that's what it is...
Then again...

Hmm, pity it's not under GPL, or some good samaritan could split the layers into images and give it to us.
