On average about 5 hours a day, 35 hours a week. But I don't sleep every night. Before '99 I used to sleep about 4-5 hours every night, since no sleeping pattern at all, I prefer to stop up for a couple of days and then sleep for 10+ hours or catch a few in afternoon. I really need a planet with a 36 hour day it would suit me better

I sleep from 9 hours to 12 hours

Where's the "not enough" option?

I try to get about 6-7h a night during the week (work) which is a nice balance between enough sleep and enough time in the day.

Just have to sleep until midday on Saturday to catch up

The longest I ever stayed awake was 40 hours when I flew back from a trip to China 8O
