I'm not a staff member but this board is for the development of phpBB software and is not really for support or questions of generic problems. I recommend that you post about this problem on https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewforum.php?f=64 . It's a much more active board that is better suited for complaining about problems pertaining to phpBB.com and Area51.phpBB.com and you're more likely to get a response there.

I encountered the same issue today:

Moreover, from this page: https://bamboo.phpbb.com/submitForgotPassword.action I didn't receive any email after submitting my username "Galixte" of one of my account (area51.phpbb.com/phpBB/). For the other one "Galixte de EzCom" (phpbb.com/community/), the next message was displayed: "This user is read only and can't have password reset.". I guess my right username on bamboo.phpbb.com is "Galixte".

Could you fix these issues, please?

You can't change your password on the tracker. It syncs with phpbb.com so you'll need to do it on the main site.

OK, I found the right pages to log in, it's : https://tracker.phpbb.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa & https://tracker.phpbb.com/login.jsp. Thanks.
