A quote before a codebox looks like this:

Just a layout thingy, but you have to hit enter 4 times to get a <br>. Otherwise the quote & codebox will stick together.

3.1 has a lot of <br>s around quotes and other block elements, so its CSS removes any vertical margin on those blocks. In 3.2, most of those <br>s don't exist anymore so the CSS should reflect that and give some vertical margin to quote/code and other block elements.

Seems we never pushed the change to area51 as we are still using emojione

also twemoji version of a panel does exsist. https://emojipanel.js.org/ just not as well made as the emojione version as its still in what looks like alpha status
