Probably. This is a development (local) server and there must be a conflict between cookies of the main server and of this one.

Did a test upgrade from 3.1.11 board (With 600k+ posts) to 3.2.3RC1 and everything went smooth so far.
Running more tests but database update was much better than the last time I migrate a 3.0.14 board to 3.2.0.

Full package update from 3.2.2 to 3.2.3-RC1 went perfect!

In the install file I see:

files/, images/ and ext/, but what about theFirst, you should make a copy of your existing config.php file; keep it in a safe place! Next, delete all the existing phpBB files, you should leave your files/, images/ and ext/ directories in place,.....

Ah thought we had removed that. Well those instructions predate 3.2 and the database backup has existed for a long time so a ticket to update the instructions for the next release would probably be a good idea.
