[3.3.x][Feature] Topic description

I guess the bigger question is. Core code or extension does this option exist and/or is there an extension for it? It really doesnt matter to me how its added to the code; it's a request from my customer and I need to report back to him if this is an option?

I'm pretty sure we've basically established that this shouldn't be in the core since it's only useful to a small subset of boards? :|

I agree ! Would be interesting to know about the experience of those who use this extension if any user use this feature ! I don't believe :!:

I personally think so too. Topic descriptions isn't that useful and I wouldn't really use it, I had it earlier in FM but I disliked it and users didn't quite fill it too.

Now that we have an extension I'm not sure why else this needs to be merged to the core.
