MChat and Skype Extensions in Version 3.1.8

Hello to all members,
Actually I want to use a chatting and video calling (skype) functions for our community members through which they may able to communicate through each other either by chatting or by video calling but I don't know through which one as well as how can?
Please give me the direction regarding these two functions for communication.
