Cannot login to tracker

On https://tracker.phpbb.com/

It says password incorrect.

Now I enter a different password.

Now it asks me to answer a captcha.

Now that fails too.

It doesn't say if the captcha is incorrect, or if the password is
incorrect.

OK maybe I forgot my password.

BUT THERE IS NO FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD button.

It just says

"Login with your username and password from www.phpbb.com. Please note
it can take up to four hours for your login details to synchronise
between www.phpbb.com and our bug tracker."

But on https://www.phpbb.com/ there is no LOGIN button!
Nor any password reset function.

Back on tracker.phpbb.com it just alternates with:
Sorry, your userid is required to answer a CAPTCHA question correctly.
Sorry, your username and password are incorrect - please try again.

Reset your password on .com, wait four hours and try again with your "new" password

It's wanting the account and password from https://www.phpbb.com/community/

OK, for all users who have got into this situation:
Don't do anything. Just wait a day or two and try again.
Now it lets me login after answering the captcha.
