What's the plan for this version ? In over words, is the priority is to release the 3.1.7 or the 3.2 ?

Those two versions are independent from one another, therefore there isn't any priority difference between them. The next 3.1 release should come really soonish.

Hey, anyone know if the canonical meta tag was removed from 3.1.x, or just disabled here?
