i usually not update my package to RCs.

There were no language changes between 3.0.13-RC1 and 3.0.13.

I am done updating. That was fast. But, where are the changelog .txt files with the manual instructions for style updates?
I cannot see them on the downloads page.

Code changes in the MOD format are no longer provided as the software we used to produce them was faulty and produced incomplete instructions. Please have a look at https://area51.phpbb.com/code-changes/3.0.12/ instead.

Oh, i did notice that instead there were the packages with the files themselves. But to use them, i would have needed to download a fresh prosilver version of 3.0.12, and then to user a text compare program like Notepad++ or Beyond Compare to see what i need to do.........

I think the files provided on the update page are useless..... and that the Changed files tab should be updated with the explanation you provided, and to update our styles, we should use the link you provided which show the changes.
