Is there a Release 3.1 maintenance release schedule?

Are there published guidelines on how frequently phpBB 3.1 dot releases can be expected? I'm thinking something along the lines of Version lifecycle - MediaWiki which states

Point releases will be made at least monthly, on the last Wednesday of the month.

For planning purposes, it would be very helpful to site admins to have a general understanding on when to expect the next maintenance release. I absolutely understand and respect that maintenance releases will be made available "as soon as they are ready".

As it stands today, I've got a couple of test sites upgraded to phpBB 3.1.1. There are a couple of significant bugs that are indicated as resolved in 3.1.2-RC1 that need to be fixed before I'd consider upgrading a live forum to phpBB 3.1. I'd also like to start communicating to my forum membership that upcoming upgrade and the outstanding new features to expect. But without an understanding of the 3.1 maintenance release schedule in general, and 3.1.2 in particular, this isn't feasible.

In general we want to end up with something similar to 6 weeks, but we will publish something once we feel comfortable with it.
As for 3.1.2 we will release an update most likly in november
