Hmm, must say I was hoping to see the pop-up box styling issue fixed in this release reported in tracker weeks ago. But after upgrading see it's not been done, even though read on tracker some solutions have been posted for it last week. Is the problem planned to be fixed carried across in RC4 by chance?

There are way older PRs that are waiting for review/merge. So just be patient .

I also have question about translation of RC3:
I'm translating phpBB/language/en/cli.php and would like to ask what "purge extension" mean. Is it the same as "Delete data" used in the "Extensions Manager"? Or does it something else?

Purge disables the extension and deletes its data.

EDIT: the arrow between "No Data" and "Data still available" has the wrong orientation

Then I'm confused again - is it mean that purge is the same as delete data? If not there should be "Purge" arrow from "Extension Enabled" to "No data".

Purge and delete data are the same thing, that's why they are one the same arrow
