[RFC] Define max-width for prosilver

Looks great in my opinion. We still have a ways to go but it's a welcoming change for the better.

Would be nice to see the search box in header right-side get updated to look a little nicer style wise. get rid of that grey old looking (windows 2000 pro) era button and maybe have a nicer styled search box, then again that old styled button is used in many areas.

We have this now.

There are many other things I'd like to see get changed, but won't waffle on about it. Just hope some more nice changes are coming before gold release to ProSilver theme.

I think it's time to lock this topic as it has apparently become everyone's go to topic for discussing anything style related. The max-width change has been merged and there really isn't much else to say about that specific change.

Devs: feel free to unlock if you think there is any further discussion to be had here.
