Changing the way we use "Fix Version/s" in the Bug Tracker
We need to change the way we use the "Fix Version/s" field in the tracker so we correctly document which versions of different branches a bug was fixed in. The field should be interpreted in AND logic. E.g. if a bug was fixed in 3.0.15-RC1 und then merged into 3.1.1-RC1, it should be marked as such.
