However it works fine one IE 11.09.

Looks fine on fine for me, using the same version after a hard refresh.

Great job on the updated Arty, it will probably end up being one of most noticed updates for 3.1.

It is cache issue After CTRL+F5 it looks ok.

This is probably personal preference. But I would merge the 3 drop downs. If active topics ect are not needed the posting page, just remove it from the drop down on that page.
I would also add current and last login to the drop down, to reduce "clutter" even more. Last login and current time need to have the same alignement if they stay where they are.

Looks good on my phone, 1 glitch with the online user image attached. Also would be nice if the last post times were shown in viewforum on mobile devices, the post created date is less important imo.

Yes, but I haven't committed it yet because there are many other pages to go through to fix it and same solution also fixes last post time issue.

I have also tried it but quickly noticed that it is too complicated for me.
