[RFC] Responsive layout

These requests for comments/change have lead to an implemented feature that has been successfully merged into the 3.1/Ascraeus branch. Everything listed in this forum will be available in phpBB 3.1.

The popup after marking forums/topics read isn't center. It is moved to the right boarder.

Tested on my GNex.

That's area51 custom header that got fixed a bit. Looks like it will need more tweaks.

Arty, I have created two alternative to the menu icon because the original button, the asterisk is misaligned. :)

Since i am using my old laptop and its resolution is 1024x768 the ucp looks a bit wired also the tabs on posting page

Rahber: what browser are you using?

nextgen: thanks for noticing, I'll fix that.
This icon is not new, its part of original prosilver PSD from phpBB 3.0 that could use some tweaks.

I also noticed same problem as Rahber on my netbook. I used Chrome (v30).
