[RFC] replace information page with notifications

Hi,
I suggest to replace information page in some cases with simple notifications.
for example, when sending PM, redirect directly to preview message page with a simple notification at the top.

Elaborate, give more details advantages and disadvantages, etc...
It must be something that creates discussion and where ppl can object and tell what they think. Describe what you mean.
