basicly the warn box store all the actions of mods.
warn up/warn down, reasons, date. users can see the warn box at any time.
the warns are in percents and the user can see the warn level at profile in posts.
is not that complex, but is enough.

look at the picture below.
when you press warn status the warn box pop up.

personally I think you only need a very basic warning system.
you set your rules,
if someone breaks a rule, you can warn them, let them know.

if they do it again, you ban/delete/deactivate them, whatever.

very simple.

If your board is for young children, then you may need some kind of "time out" system
or "sit in the corner" system. But anyone over the age of 14 or so should understand about
being responsible for their actions.

Depending how long term 3.2 is planned to be (eg final before 4?) i feel the warning system should be improved.

The proposed system on the front page is quiet complex therefore alot of work, however something would be good.

Use this thread to compose a system in RFC format unless its exactly the same system in the front page.
