Border colours on a seperate cell?

Is there a way for phpbb forums to have a border around each forum table cell?

Like here at Bloody-Disgusting: http://www.bloody-disgusting.com/forums

You see the boards are all seperate with a black border around each cell. Is there a way to do that on phpbb forums?

That should be easy to do if you know CSS or use a simple tutorial on CSS tables. You should find some topics here that will help you:
