Total Newb Question

Hey guys...

I run a forum for my school and I was wondering....

How do I make the option of adding a poll to a post available on my phpbb forum? I've tried looking in my Administration Panel for a way to add it but I haven't found out how to do that yet. Is there something else I need to install on top of what I already have? I have version 3.0.2 installed currently. Does the update have that included?

Assign a Standard access + Polls role to the Registered users group in Groups Forum permissions for the forums in which you want polls.
