Hello I've been editing my templates, however, try as I might I cannot get them to refresh. I have tryed deleteing my temporary files and cookies in my browser and using the ACP to refresh everything : no luck at all.
I found a link that might help me:
http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopi ... 4&t=552277
However, I cannot find a catched version of it on Google.
If I change the _body.php file that is being used it will display the catched information from the new file but still won't display new information.
For those of you who don't quite get the title, but want to: http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/M ... sDoNothing

In some cases it takes some time for it to actually show the change(s) on the boards.

It's been more then a week and they still aren't changing one little bit.jdman321 wrote:In some cases it takes some time for it to actually show the change(s) on the boards.

Try changing the templates VIA file manager from your hosting company. (or FTP)
Are you doing that already or changing it in the ACP?

Yes, I am changing the files via file manager; I am not using the ACP to change the files.
(And, thanks, BTW, for taking the time to try and help me out - I appreciate it)

Try ftp'ing the files down, editing them with text editor, ftp'ing them back up, then in the acp -> admin index near the bottom, select 'purge the cache' and make sure to reload your browser.

Clear your forum;s cache.
Use the bottom button on the front page of the Admin control panel.

Re: The Template Refresh Buttons - They Do Nothing!
Instead of using the options on the "Styles" tab of the ACP I used the clear forum cache button like you said and it worked!Brf wrote:Clear your forum;s cache.

Problem Solved!
Thank you Brf, jdman321 and bolverk for your help!
