Let me jump in here, if I may, and ask a related question.

The Knowledge Base has a good tutorial on adding ads when using the Prosilver style, but is there a similar tutorial if you are using another template, such as subsilver2, as I am?

Can anyone help with this? I found the link for adding Ads in phpBB3, but the links tell you how to do it in the prosilver template. I use subsilver2, and can't find the same lines in the files to add the code. How do I add ad banners in subsilver2 to the top or bottom of my forum?

the ad code would go into the same files.
overall_header.html and overall_footer.html

subsilver2 is just simply html using tables.

decide exactly where you want your banners to show up and add the html code for them into the tables where needed.

If you are not sure where, then simply keep trying until you get what you want.

always work from copies and you can't go wrong.

robert
