registration question

I have disabled registrations to my forum. When someone now tries to register they get the following message:

Information

Creating a new account is currently not possible.

I would like to know if it is possible for me to change the wording of this message, and if so, what file(s) do i need to edit.

I just looked I don't seem to have a folder en....I have the following (below) and i don't see that file in there....Am i looking in the wrong place

You are running phpBB2 then.
phpBB2 is out of support, but to answer your question, try language/lang_english/lang_main.php

Hmmm.... That appears to be a phpBB3 message. I am betting you are looking at your old phpBB2 forum files, from before you converted to phpBB3. You are looking in the wrong forum folders.
