I recently had to reinstall my copy of Phpbb3. Some places in the Admin Control Panel are not working, because mod files are missing. I backed up my forums of course, but I only backed up certain things, such as smiles, member avatars, and topic icons. I figured I could go on phpbb.com, download the mod files and reinstall the mods again.
My question is, will the topics on phpbb.com be restored when phpbb.com returns?

Yes I haven't seen/heard any reason why they wouldn't be restored once .com gets back online.
