is it possible to upgrade from phpbb2 to phpbb3?

It says the place does not exist. May I use this occasion to ask (1) if and (2) when an upgrade will be provided / supported? Thanks.

2) It is already a part of phpBB 3.0.x Installation package.
You can download phpBB 3.0.x from Downloads page.
