I have mods in the mod folder to be installed but i get "All MODs have been processed." How do i fix this problem i have installed these mods before.

or, if you mean some other time , then maybe they are in a folder that is in another folder.
you have to have the .mod or the .txt file in the main folder.
also, if the MODs are not properly written at the top, they will not show up.
what MODs and where did you get them?
