Attachments lost after upgrade to RC7

After update to RC7 (from RC1), all went smoothly in a new folder, I deleted the complete old folder.

And just now realized that all uploaded attachments are missing after upgrade

While viewing topics...

Didn't realize that uploaded attachments are not stored in the database. Hard way to learn

Obviously you have done something wrong, because if you did it right, you would not loose your attachments. If you dont have a backup of your RC1 board before update, your post really makes no sense. If you have a backup of your RC1 board before update, you should ask for support on main community board.

I'm sure user99 realized what he did wrong and just created this topic out of frustration when he realized he deleted the folder that contained the attachments.
