Where is Alt tag for top banner?

All style (template, theme and imageset) related questions for the new release; advice, feedback here please.

Where is Alt tag for top banner?

I'd like to add an alt tag reading "Board Index" to my top banner but I cant find where the {SITE_LOGO_IMG} is defined.

Could someone point me in the right direction?

includes/functions.php line 4169

It uses the function img(), which is defined in includes/session.php on line 1738
