So now, the first post and the extensions details are localized ? Great ! :D
But I already found a small mistake in the "Quick-mod tools" translation : "mod" stands here for "moderating" and not for "module" (nor "modification"), so I think it should be "Outils de modération rapide", or just "Modération rapide" (A bit more work needed Xaph0s ;) )

The installer uses whatever the default language you set at install time, so as long as you got the right pack at that time, you're good to go. ;)

I don't think so (only English will be provided), but you will be able to download the translation and put it in the languages/ folder before installing...
