Buttons are not showing

Hello all,

I am using phpbb3 now on a forum and everything is fine I was looking for some styles for the forum and i grabbed the CVS (22nd April 2007) and uploaded the prosilver style from it and installed it successfully on the forum .. However, Buttons (New Topic, Post Reply ..etc.) are not showing .. Tried to edit the image set through the ACP but nothing changed!!
So I wonder whether this has a fix or not yet?!

You can't use the prosilver style (this one) with beta5.
You shouldn't be using it live yet either. There's no support for that.

There were some recent Database Changes that changed the way the images were stored in the database, that is why they don't show up in Beta 5.
If you want to see how they look right now, you can install the entire CVS snapshot on your localhost or a testing server and have a look at it there.

I had exactly the same problem and tried to fix the problem over the acp too . But after more then 1 hour I gave up

However I just wonder how you manage to get the new style on this board
Is it impossible to get an export of the Style here ?

This board is running the CVS version, not beta5.
You can get the daily snapshot (which contains this style) from http://area51.phpbb.com/cvs/
Just don't use it live

Don't use beta5 live either.

Don't expect to get support for cvs though. And, he must have gotten a copy to get prosilver.

Actually, I am using Beta5 with prosilver and all icons was showing. In first try, I was get latest snapshoot from cvs but prosilver was missed to show "New Topic" icon. Then, I was get another version of prosilver and now everything working. Sure, as this is not final version, it's not for live forum.

me buttons are also gone in a newer version only the prosilver style

it could be based on your permissions as well because if you don't have permission to post in that forum, you won't see the reply button.
