Bug will need to be seriously less before they release it.
So it's very unlikely it will be by April 1

Of course they won't release it before its ready, what I meant was will they have a countdown to make a big deal of it, or will the link just change on the site without a big fuss.

For sure it will be without a fuss. Maybe for gold they would, but for the RC there isn't a need as well. IMO, RC is a bigger deal than the Betas since there will be a supported upgrade path to Gold.

DOnt forgot, RC its not the perfect edition. Its normal Rc have a few bug. Why you dont release it now
I check bug tracker and log and guys search to get a perfect version without bug before release RC

The developers obviously dont feel its ready to be released which is why its not released yet
