RC 1 Release Date

When exactly does phpbb expect to have a stable version of phpbb 3 released? I'm interested in knowing cause the host that my forums use won't add any more styles for version 2 and we want to add a custom style made by one of our users.

Note: I have no idea where the true place for this goes. I just put it here cause I didn't think it went anywhere else. So if it goes in some other forum, please move it.
