I fail to see how the date of the last post in that topic has any relevance to the converter in Olympus.

What I was showing was the picture posted by Graham (former dev team member) of the converter, with modules for other software.

converters from other forums softwares will be made… though most likely not by the dev team.
Most of the converters (to my knowledge) to phpBB2 were created by community members… since they had access to the other forum software and phpbb.

People will be migrating to phpBB3, so I can guarantee that at some point there will be a converters from other forum software… though no telling how long it will take.
