Well, the second one is certainly true. ;)
Don't get me the wrong way, I just meant that it's not mainly a matter of language. If one isn't able to express himself clearly (just like I did  ) that might be a linguistic problem, but if one asks dumb questions, he would probably ask them in his mother tongue too.
Also, I often see English (UK/US/AUS) speakers destroying their own language more than what strangers do.
About MTV generation, that's a worldwide phaenomenon/label, not just american. I belong to the MTV generation as well, like it or not.

Now back to the topic.
Time ago I predicted RC1 on March 19. I confirm that prediction. :)

For the 100,000th time, phpBB 3.x development and the site are completely seperate.

3 CVS commits Sunday from Acyd Burn, dhn and DavidMJ, one each, the last one from dhn about 13 hours ago with the overall comment :
Well, we can at least do some work here as long as phpbb.com is down

Although it's nice to see that the downtime hasn't affected development that much, we probably won't get a release until the main site comes back online. Especially when you consider that the bugtracker is affected, unless there's an offline copy somewhere.
Life's a game. Just very badly programmed.

Is the website's database backend held on the same server? If not, they can probably still at least access the reported bugs from that.

Of course when they pull it down to 0, there may be another 30 waiting to rush in when phpbb.com returns :P
