it's very rare, but it can happen… which is usually why you would want more than 1 backup.
BTW, the latest font updates for phpBB3 is really cool… gives you a lot more control over the size.

I think Bertie sabotaged the Array... he’s trying to gain more notice for phpBB3 I think...
How better than to suddenly “force” users to area51.
No, I think we wait just a bit longer, but RC1 is just around the corner...

Well, this is one way to get the load testing done. 8O
I hope the issue isn't as grim as it looks for the phpbb team. I've been caught in a similar sittuation before and it isn't fun. Hoping for a speedy recovery. Cheers.

Re: Suspecting RC1 very soon!
well i hope with the server doing with what it did it dose not put a lot of stresson the phpbb team and yes RC is coming hope.
Re: Suspecting RC1 very soon!
While unfortunate, I can assure you that the phpBB Group keep's multiple backups of everything (as the downtime page says, they're in the process of rebuilding the server and restoring everything already). This shouldn't slow down the Development Team at all, as 1) Their CVS server is hosted by SF and 2) The Site Team, IIRC, is in charge of this kind of stuff.
