"Fora" is the plural of forum, in the meaning of Forum Romanum, while "forums" is the correct plural if we are talking about a bulletin board. (If we are talking about linguistics: "bulletin" originates from French.)

How about importing the grammar of the language from where the word originated?

If the language of the imported word doesn't use articles, should we use an article when using that word in an English sentence?

I think once foreign words are imported in another language, the rules of the latter should apply; we can't keep trace of 100 different grammar or pronunciation sets of rules just because we take words from 100 languages.
BTW: do you pronounce "privacy" like "ee" or like "I"?
