If everyone is going to tell us how many bugs are left this thread will become very boring. Can't we just assume that people are clever enough to go to the bug tracker and find out for themselves?

There are actually only 59 Net open bugs, since 30 are tagged for "Review Later"

Now that Beta1 is out, what is the "Review Later" for???
Is it for after Beta2?

I would imagine the 'review later' are for 3.2.0 . They are likely non-threatening bugs.

This thread has been boring for weeks - what are you talking about? Anyway, even though we can all go to the bug tracker, you still have to separate out what are active bugs, and which items are being held over for the next release-worthy version of phpBB (3.2). Plus, problems from each status type seem to take a different amount of effort/time to resolve. For example, the "awaiting information" ones take a while for all the back-and-forth communications to take place, and then a re-categorization to be done, not to mention a resolution. If you go look at some of them, you'll see that there are a few that are now months old...

I can work it out for myself, I'm just too lazy.

If other people work it out for me, I can just continue making the number they say wrong.

Why do you think it is bad? Any ways it could be improved?
