From what I can see that porn site thing isnt used too much and isnt very effective.

I don't think people would care if it gets them access to their porn.Cap'n Refsmmat wrote: You could embed the site's name somewhere in the image so that people would know it's out of place.

Re: New CAPTCHA
Its easy enough to stop that, since I highly doubt you would get to the registration page from a link on another domain, you simply grab the referer in the image generation script, and if it doesnt match the one specified in the configuration, dont give em an image, and output an error message.

I think against this (free porn mechanism) all kind of Captcha's (3D or Puzzles) will lose.
The referer can be faked by the porn site if they grab the image by a web-script language (like php) and print it out to the user.
Furthermore, the referer is only an optional header request by the browser and not required.
If the Browser does'nt send it (for any reason: blocking Tools, Firewalls, Proxys ...), the user will lose.

Re: New CAPTCHA
Yeah they grab the image and keep a temp copy on their server. Gets around any referer blocks.
Lieutenant Clone 3000 spam a day is a insignificant number. Most professional email spammers pump out over a billion e-mails a day.

Re: New CAPTCHA
Can anyone point out any flaws in my captcha? More examples can be provided if you feel like cracking this baby
