3.2 is post Olympus. ;) However it should follow fairly quickly after 3.0.0 to finish off the features which were deemed too time consuming/not a must-have, rather nice-to-have features so as to get 3.0.x out the door. ;)

phpBB3.2 should contain "Events", which could be used to automagically ban the user when posting things matching a specific set of criteria...

Moreover, phpbb 3.0 already has system to prevent spammers to spread !

Can't wait to 3.x.x :)

That is there since the permission "Can Lock own Topics" is set to yes, hence you have the ability to lock that topic.

FEEDBACK

I've been doing some testing on the CVS and figure it's good now for the mySql db, so this morning I installed last night's CVS. Smooth. Nice install went well. There are maybe a halfdozen formatting twixts that I found need to be done. Those will be reported via Highway of Hell's testing site.

There are changes and somewhat of a learning curve esp. with the [permissions] ... so download and start playing around :-) Some of the terminology I don't understand (like entropy settings in the CAPTCHA).

The devs are doing a real nice job on this.

Perhaps actual malfunctions rather than just things you find humorous. :o

But, it's NOT A BUG. It's a feature. The permissions for this board are set so that it is possible. If you didn't want it possible, you could turn it off as an admin.

Though I do believe that some restrictions should be put on certain people with less than 20 posts, like the ability to post being removed...

On topic: This is a bump to keep this topic near the top so that all the new users see and read it. What, I couldn't think of anything more useful to contribute.
