Does anyone else have a problem with area51 and firefox?

Post by DragonlordP »

I can't enter area51 with firefox for quite a while now... with explorer it's fine. I haven't found any other sites where this happens. Phpbb.com works fine with FF, then I try to go to area51 and all I get is a blank page. Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas?

No I don't have any problem with Firefox. Try another browser, first see if in ie (Internet Explorer) you have the same problem you have in Firefox.

I'm too Firefox user and I don't have this problem. Maybe you should update to newest version?

I've had weird blank page problems (in FF) with my own site. They would be corrected when I whiped my cookies. Until the next time it would occur. But that wouldn't be so soon that it got any more than a minor inconvenience, so I never looked into it.

when you mean "area51", do you mean *this* forum, or the "area51" hub ?

I use mozilla, and no problem anywhere anyway :)

You're the man, thanks, didn't think about deleting the cookies. All's good now. I guess it was because they update this forum from time to time.
