Suspecting beta release very very soon!

I wish you people would stop arguing about when the board is going to come out into beta stage... it's a complete friggin waste of time and it doesn't help anyone. If anything, it traps people with a false sense of hope. I'm seeing too many different numbers on when it's going to come out....

... when phpBB3 beta comes out, it comes out. End of story. Nobody but the developers should be claiming when it is going to be released. I'm not saying people shouldn't be able to express their beliefs... but 15 pages of it???

Okay, fine, it's healthy discussion. I'm just not crazy about everyone saying when it's going to be released when they might not actually know. Who has a reliable source?

I think it has gone from a discussion of when it will come out, to a discussion of what the devs are still working on and have to do before the beta will be released...and I really like this thread... 8)

Seems like most of the work/bugs is being handed over to Acyd Burn. Not good for anyone with the amount of bugs being reported.

Ya, wish I was good enough with php to help...mabey by the time they start 4.2(not next time...next time is 3.2 )

I am thinking that the devs for 3.2 will need a nice long vacation...everyone should pitch in a few bucks, and we can get them all a paid vacation...like on a Cruise ship or something. 8)

Actually he assigns the bugs to himself so I am sure he knows that he has the time. David, Nils, and Graham are meanwhile finishing the last remaining features.
