I think that Acyd Burn fixed 18 bugs and don't want to send new files to the CVS server now. Maybe he want to send them all in one day and release beta1...

Strange posts we have here... Doing some maths, counting bugs, days...
Don't you people, read what the devs say? The bug tracker is a good news but we have a CVS which is not feature complete. I guess the missing features will be added one by one, then tested and then another bugs may come...

How a beta 1 will be out so soon? Beta means something more official, something supported... How do you imagine a beta with missing features? Or you think those missing parts are bug free?
The devs are so sure about those missing parts, so they won't need testing?

My guess is... Beta 1 in a month or two... If they keep the current speed of developing.

Well I am not a part of the project, and I can't be sure... But here we have too many posts suspecting a beta in a day or two... Since the beggining of April

3 posts and look at your joining date. If you had been here this long you'd understand that we are just having fun trying to guess at the date. Also it makes newbies go a little crazy and get their hopes up

I know, that amuses me. :P People come and see people's posts or signatures and go around telling everyone Olympus is going to be out in a week or whatever when nobody really knows.

yep

But you have to understand that there is some people with an old/modified/customized version of phpbb, who want to upgrade their forum directly to the 3.0 .... :|

I just had a look at Acyd Burn's Blog and I was wondering myself : Is there still some problems with the sourceforge CVS service ?
Because this page doesn't seems to change... :?:

Yes, anonymous cvs is still down. Current estimate from Sourceforge is that it will be back up again at the end of this week (see http://sourceforge.net/docs/A04/).

The statistics seem to have been updated last time on Saturday. When anonymous cvs is up again, the statistics should be in regular sync with cvs again, currently they are updated manually from developer cvs.

Yeah... that's called trolling, and I wonder why you guys haven't been banned for it...
