2) multiple attachment (maybe have already)

if they arent there they are not in and you have to wait for a mod as features for olymmpus are frozen

both of these are standard features you can have in olympus

no "fast reply" or "quick reply" or whatever... they aren't gonna do it at a default feature. Maybe a mod. Which is good. Because a forum is not a shoutbox, but if you add quick reply, you'll have a large multi-topic ultra featured shoutbox with an optional nicer posting screen.

Only if you want to turn phpBB into a chatroom or shoutbox as I said in my previous post. phpBB is a forum software. Adding "fast reply" or "quick reply" or whatever you want to call it would turn it into some kind of chatroom. Which totally defeats the purpose of phpBB.
Now if you want to create your own MOD to turn forum software into a chatroom, feel free after the forum is released!

(It just takes a few ) I like quick reply when I find it on another forum (i.e., not one I'm expected to administrate
), and used sensibly it's nice you don't need to go to a separate screen. But I too think there are just too many people that will not use it sensibly (judging from the fact that "chatting" isn't even prooving to be much of a problem with normal reply, at least on my board).
